In the April 2003 issue of Model Railroader there was a artical for a 40 foot TCC boxcar. I have the decals for this project but I was thinking about using a base railroad like the N&W but still have the TCC decals on the car. Is this a good idea or should I just stick to the Turtle Creek Central[?][?][?]
