I have a few IHC Carnival rides I've put together and I'm really having problems with the motors they sell for them. I just finished the Falling Star and was very careful with the gears and made sure each end was exactly the same weight (seat w/people and a weighted counter balance)

Everything was fine until I attached the motor. It is SOOO loud! Anyone else use these before? Are there other motors that I can get for them that are quieter? Any help would be appreciated. Sure wish I didn't glue the gear to the shaft.......
