I've got the ancient Suydam Swift packing plant.  I got it in a box of yard sale train stuff in the 1960s.  I still have it, after a couple of spruce-ups.  It's got a new roof and new interior lighting, plus a Walthers stockyard next door.  The siding in the yard has a number of nice Walthers stock cars to link it to the layout.

For a cardstock building over 70 years old, it fits nicely into my Transition Era layout and links up well with the icing plant across the yard and the tanning factory on the other side of the layout.

It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.

Show off!

Whenever I've tried to do the same thing in the past, it never got me quite to the end of the string.
