It's worth previewing your reply before posting the first few times until you get the hang of it. Later, it's din-din time. I'll check back in when I've got my iced coffee going. Just spent a couple agonizing hours programming speed tables into my new atlas C40-8s for DCC. When O WHEN will someone come up with an easier way to do this dreadful task?!?!?!?[banghead][censored] Had to leave the railroad room and find something else to do. Atlas forum's down so I eased on over here. Good to hear from you John, that Atlas thing has alot of us a bit -flumoxed. I heard about it and joined 2 days or so before they shut it down. Big Boy- i left you a reply over at the unwanted data post, hope you get it. Ed- Been talking up iced coffee, but we had a cold front move thru and right now it's in the way low 50's, so it's back to hot joe for awhile. Even when it's hot, tho, very few people will try it. Alot like model railroading, just us special (not special ed, either) people love it. Lupo-What kind of cars do the police drive over there? I know when I see Brit, Dutch etc on Cops , they look like Rovers and Fords, but I'm never sure. I know that when you use kilometers on your video readouts, it looks like youre going a blue zillion miles an hour! And did you get those donuts yet? Actually got the last of the old benchwork down today, plan to start building new BW at my friends well equipped wood shop, and bringing them here. He dosn't mind the dust.Don't know when this masterplan will smoothly and seamlessly fall into place, but sometime this decade, for sure. I'm headed for the 'lectric blanket, folks- (read like Jackie Gleason)"Goodnight everybody!!" Anonymous Member sinceApril 2003 305,205 posts Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, June 20, 2004 1:10 AM Well It is now Sunday morning about 105 am. Since I have been on the computer (about 25 minutes now) I have had about 10 porn IMs. [:(] [:(!] It really makes me mad to get one from CuteMegan101 and reject it. Then almost immediate you get another one from CuteMegan102, then CuteMegan103, and so on and so on. [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] CuteMegan, LEAVE ME ALONE. I don't have time for your stupid fun and games. Sorry, had to vent a little. It is all so very frustrating. You can block some of them but they turn around and use just a slightly different name and defeat your block. It is almost as bad as the same door to door salesman coming to your door every 10 minutes. Well I am going to do some forum hoping. See ya later. [#welcome] John jfire15 ! hope you like the friendly and sometimes off topic-ish atmosphere in the coffee shop. maybe a stupid question, but I see you joined december 2002, yet you are making your first post today? I have started with DCC recently and I did not have got to the point that I had to program speed tables. I guess it is a "long time of typing in numbers with NO room for errors or youl'll have to start over again" routine. Phil, dutch police cars are mostly supplied by Volkswagen, but I see a lot Ford too lately, in my part of the country they are changing from Volkswagen to Ford. Highway Police also uses very fast VOLVO estates, and traffic police motorcycles are most BMW. As we have a lot of sand dunes and beaches where I live they also have some Honda off road motorcycles and 4wd vehicles. unfortunatly the donut culture has not picked up in the Netherlands, we have to live with all kinds of other pastries or "broodjes" = breadrolls. and there pops up one of our favorite topics again: FOOD !, and as ever it made me hungry, so gonna have "broodjes" and coffee now!
