I emailed laserkit to inquire if they had plans to produce an Erie caboose. As you probably know they produce the laser cut caboose kits that fit on Athern underframes.  I was told they had no plans to do so because they had no requests for one.

I guess if you don't ask you don't recieve.  If you want to see one produced, why not email them. laserkit@aol.com  Jerry

Yes, I intend to. I need ERIE cabooses, both in HO and N scale, however I really don't want the costs of laser cut kits. Ken

Erie cabooses are distinctive. Probably why they aren't being produced.  decals are available from Prime Mover if you want to decal a generic model.  I purchased most models of Athern & MDC to try to bash one together.  Haven't figured it out yet.

Jerry,

I will be at the train show this afternoon ~1:30 PM EST or so.  I sent you another e-mail this morning with my cell phone #, just in case you decide you do want one of those JJLModel EL or Lackawanna caboose kits.  I won't be back to check my e-mails before then so call me if you are interesteed...
