Forget the Hob-e-tac stuff. What a pain to work with. I went to Home Depot, bought some spray tacky glue (I believe it was from 3M, you'll find it). Wear disposable gloves, spray your armatures with this glue, then sprinkle, stick on clumps of the foliage. Dries better, doesn't run, easier to work with, and best of all. the foliage really sticks to it. I am at work right now. Will check the brand name this evening, and post more tomorrow.
