<P>Good Evening to all, another crazy day Had to finish shopping for school supplies, the boys decieded they wanted to start classes next week(how's that for a turn around, most kids fight going back to school) so that means I 've got to get busy with my lesson plans, we'll most likely start Wed.This means I'll need to do my layout at night. My health problems luckly haven't become anything yet, my blood sugar isn't high by Gov. standards but my Dr. has been monitoring me for several years (my Dad's family has had probles for many generations as well) and he has been see an increase over the last couple of years as for the colestoral (bad spelling)  2 years ago It Was at 280 now It's down to 229 and I have lost 40lbs with another 10-15 to go. I'm watching my diet carefully. Enough of my rambling,I've got work to do.</P> <P>Bye all</P>
