I switched to DCC about four years ago. The hardest part is putting decoders in the engines that I had before the "plug and play" (if you believe that, I have some swamp land to sell you) became the vogue in engines. I still have a hard time finding the right wires to connect to the right wires on the decoder. However, that said, the operation is fantastic once you have enough feeders to your track. We run a six person operating group and I would hate to have to try to run it with old DC block control. <br /> <br />
