Miniature Railroad Club of York Open House
Posted by DigitalGriffin on Friday, January 5, 2007 10:07 AM

When: January 7th, 2007 1 to 5pm

Where: 381 Wheatfield St. York PA

Cost: $2.00 for adults and 50 cents children 6->12

Phone: 717-255-5470

I went to go see this layout last week.  To say it's nice is an understatement.  They have full rolling hills and mountain scens with bridges, downtown cities, scratch build Diesel shops with transfer tables, round houses, a full steel industry and more.

Why doesn't MRR ever do pieces onclub layouts?

Why doesn't MR do articles on club layouts?  Probably because the club has never submitted an article for consideration.  MR can't publish what they don't have.

Several club layouts have been featured in MR over the years, so I don't think it's a matter of MR having a policy against them.
