Lighting Branchline Pullmans

I recently purchased a Branchline HO Pullman Heavyweight kit.  I was wondering whether a Walthers or KATO HO interior lighting kit could be adapted for use in the Branchline. If so how could it be done?  Also, any suggestions on other products or do it yourslef approaches? Thanks
