Tower 55 customer service kudos!

Smile [:)]Just wanted to post  a message about Tower 55. I purchased  2 BNSF ES44DC locos from a dealer on ebay. When i received them one ran fine and the other ran poorly. I contacted Tower 55 and spoke to Brandon there. He had me do a few things to see if I could them running. I didn't have any luck, but Brandon said to send them in. |The one that ran fine I could not get the sound to go back up. I reset it and everything else still nothing helped. On the other it was a poor runner from the start, very jerky operation on the running but the sound worked. Now get this! I dropped one packing it to send them in.  Horror to my eyes! I managed to brake several parts and bent the frame on it. Guess what it still ran with no new issues. I  sent them in and talked to Brandon and Brian. I told them of my episode. Brandon said he would take a look at both them and see how he could fix them. ||He replaced the decoders in both of them. The one with jerky operation was a loose wire down to the trucks of the loco. It ran fine from then on. The one I dropped needed new detail parts and a new frame. Brandon charged me $30 for the new frame what a bargain. ||Didn't charge any labor or for the new detail parts. I told them I would pay  for what it would take to fix it. Above and beyond the call of duty. KUDOS!!! The locos both run flawlessly now. They are impressive. Both operationally and in detail . I wanted other modellers to know of this great customer service. To often we tend to forget the good things and not pass them on. |||||||Great job Tower 55! I will be purchasing more locos in the future from them. Sound and DCC is the future of model railroading. Model Railroading is |FUN!

Its nice to know there are still companies out there willing to go that extra step, could also be a deciding factor in future purchases. Thanks for alerting us.
