Modern day structures, big box, chain stores etc..

Hi im wondering if anyone has an idea where i could get kits for modern structures like the ones in power centres ex. ikea, wal mart, mc donalds, home depot, or starbucks and other common stores. or if anyone has any ideas on how i could easily make/ convert a structure to make these types of stores. you see im modeling a semi free- lanced area of the lougheed corridor in coguitlam near the port mann bridge. thank you for any ideas!!!!!
