I would suggest designing your own. There are several free software programs available, and lots of help here. Atlas has the RTS 7.0 program ( http://www.atlasrr.com/righttrack.htm ), and XtrakCad ( http://www.sillub.com/ ) is another good one. Some of the plans in that book could do with some adjustments on the tracks. In particular, the yard tracks are not well laid out on many plans. It's a good book for inspiration though.
