hi matt, their service is not the best i have ordered a few of the Intermount5ain mystery cars over the years,their service is not very great and sometimes it can take forever to get i ordered one 2 years ago, and it took 5 1/2 weeks to get after i ordered, and i had preordered. So i have not bought from since, <br />On the other hand Canadian Model trains is a very good store, i have nothin but kind words for them, they are very friendly, and helpfull, and the shipping is top notch!! <br />hope this helps matt <br /> <br />Daniel
