I also think enough people ARE bothered by it that the courteous and commonsensical thing might have been to change it instead of trying to make it some matter of principle. Treating the name as a non-issue, I think there's some big ???'s about his behavior here, specifically that he has chosen to pass up every olive branch offered and instead continue to spit insults and venom. Having said that, I'm willing to drop it and just see how he does in his other thread/other threads he joins. But I think he's put himself in a "two strikes" position and ought to tread very lightly for a while.
