I have viewed your layout that looks like it was built with Atlas true track, I am kind of curious, on your snap switches that allow you to move from one track to another, what fitter piece of track did you put between the two snap switches and what will transfer over this switch and what will not? Specificly maximum length of cars without uncoupling, and will any 4 axle or 6 axle locomotives back to back make the transfer?

Actually, I think he uses Bachman EZ track, although it is possible that he changed and I never heard of it.
