I am producing an indepent feature film in Los Angeles and need a location for one day where a model train enthusiast has his complete set up in his home, preferably basement. Any suggestions will be welcome.

You could see if MR could put you in touch with Bob Smaus, who I think has (or at least used to have) a nice layout in the LA area. Bob is a frequent MR author and also appears on the PBS show "Victory Garden," so is used to dealing with the entertainment industry.
