After building an tearing down several layouts, ever notice these things could support a tank. I'm thinking of a small N layout around the walls of a small bedroom in our lavish "mobile home". Using the Wire shelving that gets anchored to the wall and 2" foam glued to the wire shelving. What you think? The fascia connection would have to made to the foam using screws and Liquid Nails. This is the material:

Yes, using the shelf components will work.
I model in N-scale and have read about this on another N-scale forum but do not remember which one[:(].
If I were to build a small around the wall layout that is how I would do it as the components are readily available and one does not have to deal with the lumber, sawdust and steel with the foam is more stable in a humid area[:D].
