The CG&P did not survive the Great Depression by being shy about new business practices. Even thought our tracks don't serve some of Cincinnati's larger companies we contacted them about there shipping needs and now the Cincinnati, Georgetown & Portsmouth Railroad Logistics division is assisting several Cincinnati companies in locating product.

Fergmiester
Kroger would like 2 cars of your great Nova Scotia sea food delivered to their distribution center every Thursday.
Christian Morline Brewing would like 10,000 gallons of maple syrup for a specialty brew. If it sells well it could become and annual event.
Castallini Produce feels confident that they can supply 3 express reefers of mixed produce each week. More should be available as they build there supplies.

Counter Weight
Castallini Produce would be interested in a carload of Celery every week if it is available.
Kroger would like one car of frozen seafood for Monday deliveries.
Kahn's Meats can supply you with 6 car loads of pork / beef each week.
Cincinnati Milling Machine will be happy to supply any production machinery you might need.
Shoes, pallets, cans and biscuits are in route.

rtraincollector
Could you use some wheat for your vodka plant?

Brad
If your brewery uses any metal cans Cincinnati Can Corporation would be happy to supply them.
Kroger would like 1 car per week of your wine and microbrews. We love the local products but like to try foreign drinks too.

inch53
Kahn's Meats would like your car loads of beef / pork on the hoof each week.

luct
Kroger would like 2 car loads of suger in 5 and 10 pound bags.
National Biscuit Company would like 3 car loads per week in bulk. This order could increase.

Noah
The Cincinnati Post receives 2 car loads of newsprint a week. Can we get a good price?

sierrarr
Castallini Produce can take 6 car loads of produce per week shipped express reefer.
National Biscuit Company would like 2 tankers of molasses a week and 5 loads of bakers chocolate.

KenLarson
My little quarry will have to ramp up production some to make that order but is is doable and we are in the process of making it so. ( I have been working on a final plan for my "Dream Layout" and this quarry which really existed at the time my railroad did is on the layout but I never really knew what they would ship except cut stone for construction. You just gave me a reason to run a 20 car unit train every day. You would need it pulverized in covered hoppers?)
