Stock #’s 401, 402, 403, 406, 407, 410, 411, 412, 415, 416, 417, 418, 429, 430,431, 931, 932, 933, 936, 937, 940, 941, 942, 945, 946, 947, 948, 969, 970, 971

It has come to our attention that there are inaccuracies with the EMD F7’s. We regret the problems, but our company policy is to always stand behind our products. Therefore, we will make new, accurate shells available for all shipped roadnames. At this time we do not have a firm schedule, but will do our best to have replacement shells available in a very timely manner. When the new shells are available, we will ship the replacements directly to you. Thank you and we sincerely regret any inconvenience..

Kind regards,
Ken Silvestri

That's cool. Does not do much for us steam people, but I like your steam engines a lot. When do we get a small articulated with sound that will work on my logging road?
If you think you have it right, your standards are too low. my photos http://s12.photobucket.com/albums/a235/ARTHILL/ Art

OMG!

Western Maryland in Deluxe Gold and proper trim? Whoo HOO!

heh. I guess I gotta wait because my current order is a sizeable one.

This just notches up BLI (And PCM's) Image in my view. Not many companies will take the time and trouble to actually get out and fix something customers might not like.

OORAH! isnt that MOTIVATING!

Our email to BLI about the shell may have paid off again.

They are great and recognized a problem and are going to solve it.

My stock in BLI is up again!!

I was curious about the inaccuracies, and just looked at some photos of the Santa Fe F7s. They appear to be missing the dynamic brake fan!!!! They also have the later horn. The number boards don't look all that great either. I wonder what else is wrong with these things. I definately will stick with the Genesis units. I know that the Genesis units have had their problems, but BLI managed to release an entire production run that was wrong, even after all the delays!!!!

It's probably just the dynamic brake fan they are going to fix.
