Some while ago, someone here did a side by side comparison of the two available diesel switchers with DCC and sound.
I can't find that thread via searching. Does the author remember the name of the thread so I can find it. I can't wait any longer....I need a diesel with sound!
Thanks alot.

Methinks you're looking for:

searched on "bli sw8", and expanded the date range (you can only do that in the Advanced search) back a year.

I started the thread and since have purchased the other BLI NYC Rd # I was so impressed with the BLI over the LL. The kicker was I got the BLI for 25 bucks less than the LL at www.discounthobbywarehouse.com . I can post a sound vid on the BLI if you want. The horn is simply awesome better than any other loco I have. I found the LL switcher very light and the sound tinny.
