Hi Mark, you're certainly entitled to your opinion, and I must admit I'm a bit of a lone wolf modelrailroader too. And I agree it's for fun! But I must say I do get a kick out of showing off my small layout to friends and their kids. If I knew more folks around here who were modelrailroaders, I'd try to get connected with them too. I don't suppose the idea behind any promotional effort like WGH is to talk folks who aren't interested into the hobby, just introduce the hobby to people who never may have heard of it or considered it as a leisure time activity. I appreciate the chance to have someone else offer to 'organize' an opportunity for me to speak about it. <br /> <br />Doug
