Bob Boudreau[/quote] Bob: I'm not wanting to get into an argument, but if you work two jobs employer "A" doesn't care how many hours you work for employer "B" and neither is going to pay overtime for hours based on the others time sheet. And it doesn't matter what your full time rate is, it's what is the value for the second job. If you think your time is worth $25.00 per hour and someone will pay it - get with it. But don't condem someone else for not charging as much, as they might be doing it for enjoyment or personal gradification.
