It's the Windsor & Hantsport Railway, using a portion of the former Dominion Atlantic Railway ( a CPR Subsidiary). They've been using some retired RS-23 switchers but recently got a few GP-9's, but I don't recall where they came from. They ship gypsum out to processing plants and to ship loading facilites in Halifax and Hantsport. <br /> <br />Bob Boudreau <br />Across the Bay of Fundy from them
