Broadway E7

I'm thinking of getting a Broadway E7A and would welcome views on the running and detail on these units. I have not seen one close up.

Thanks

I own a BLI that I have painted and detailed for the GN. All in all,
I find it to be superior in body proportions to the Proto 2000 E7s.
I find them to be very adequately detailed, though I have upgraded
the level of detail on mine to match the GN 510 as it appeared in 1950
to 1955. The running quality is excellent. I have several sound-equipped
locos and the sound in the BLI E7 is by far the best. It sounds very much
like the 567 engine that it recreates, whereas other locos I have-both
with Quantum sound packages-sound somewhat different. Basically,
to sum up, I give the BLI E7 high marks. You should be quite pleased
with one.

I have a Wabash unit and I am really pleased with it. I also have P2K's and really like them well. The P2K's grab irons are a bit fragile for my liking.
