Looks like you just got, like me, a package from the train museum in Green Bay trying to sell you Xmas cards. The scene you posted was one of the cards. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. Try googling the artist's name?

I had was looking for these a ways back. I don't know about that person in particular. Since you can't find many color photographs, painting can be a great resource.
You have to preveiw most of the pictures on this site, not real good.

Historic Rail - 121 5th Avenue NW Suite 300 - New Brighton, MN. 55112. They do have a web site, but it's nothing compared to their catalog. Also keep in mind that they're slow to ship, and it may take up to six weeks to get an item from them, but man do they have the stuff...

There was a lady at the Galesburg Train Days Model Railroad sale in Illinois this year that had some extremely detailed and beautiful prints, you could also buy the original painting. Her's looked similar to the posted picture.

I went to " Ask Jeeves " and typed in railroad art. Lots and lots of web sites came up, with many different artists. Joe Voisin Sr.
