Hello all.

A couple of months back I posted regarding the urge to purchase a caboose not correct for my era. Thank you to those who advised me to stem the impulse.

Yesterday, I placed the winning bid on what I really wanted, one SP-C-30-1. This long out of production S brass import is going to save me countless hours and dollars that would otherwise be required to kitbash or scratchbuild one. To further ice the cake, this seller has additional SP cabooses that will be coming up for sale in the near future.
