I am so excited! 3985 hardly ever comes here, if ever! Actually I will be going up to a town about an hour north of here called Dunsmuir. They will be staying the night there and servicing the loco. I will be sure to take lots of pictures to share with everyone. If your in the area, let me know! [:)][:D][8D][:I][:I][:I][:I][:p][:)][:D][:0][^]

Lucky, lucky!!! Is that the Challenger?

I'm very seriously considering travelling down to Portland during its stay there. I'd REALLY like to see it arrive or depart...cuz there's gotta be lots of noise.

I hope it has better luck there than the last time it was here in Denver. They had to replace both drive rod bearings (on the rear drivers), and then it still broke down in the middle of no where on the way to the Cheyenne Days Rodeo.

I like that GPS tracking. Now if the railroads would place those on our favorite engines or trains, just think how much smoother and precise our rail fanning would be.

Does anyone know if they plan on doing more tours out towards the midwest?
