As mentioned, there is "Trainz". It caters more to the model railroad side of simulation rather than prototype. <br /> <br />There is also "Microsoft Train Simulator". MSTS, as it's called, attempts to simulate the actual aspects of the prototype more so than the model railroad aspect. (i.e. The actual physics of railroading.) <br /> <br />I don't have the figures on Trainz, but MSTS has sold nearly 1,000,000 copies. There is an entire community devoted to it and literally thousands upon thousands of add-ons. <br /> <br />Once such place: http://www.train-sim.com <br /> <br />MSTS is also readily available at Amazon.com at very low prices. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
