#1. GN M2 2-6-8-0-mine is Tenshodo
#2. GN R2 2-8-8-2-again mine are PFM Crowns by Tenshodo
#3. Class B Climax by Bachmann
#4. GN 350 series F3A-B-A My complete set is Stewart, But I prefer Highliner kits now.
#5. BLI E7A (Best Sound Quality I've Heard)-my own GN 510
There are others that I am quite fond of as well, and, of course,
I know that there are newer models that are superior to my old
Tenshodos, but I'll only mention models I own and have personal
experience with. Great day, all!

Not intending this to be a cop-out, but I've never met a train (or trolley) that I didn't like. My "favorites" are whatever I happen to like enough to spend my money on at the time, and they may or may not appeal to others. Furthermore, what I consider a favorite today may change tomorrow as my interests change or evolve. Makes no difference in any case, because it's MY hobby.

I have, among others, a CNW E8 and a E7 both by P2K and a CNW C44-9 by Kato. Which would be my favorite? Impossible to say! I also have a Deutsche Bundesbahn 4-6-2- steamer by Fleischmann (a fine model). I have never seen a real one but the model intrigued me. I could post a picture if anyone was interested.

Oboy, this is a difficult one, since I've got about 50+ steamers and I love all of them. But, if pressed to the wall, I'd go with my top ten:
1: 2-8-8-4 Yellowstone (I've got two, both old Akanes)
2: 2-8-8-2 L-131 Rio Grande (PFM)
3: 4-6-6-4 L-105 Rio Grande (2 Westside)
4: 4-8-8-2 AC-6 SP (Sunset)
5: 4-8-8-2 AC-8/12 (Akane--1 of each)
6: 4-8-2 M-78 Rio Grande (Key)
7: 2-8-0 C-45 Rio Grande (LMB)
8: 4-6-2 P-42 Rio Grande (PFM)
9: 2-8-2 M-63 Rio Grande (Key)
10: 4-8-4 M-68 Rio Grande (Key)
Honorable Mention:
2-6-6-0 D&SL (PFM)

I'd have to say I'm quite partial to this fine old lady:

She is still working for a living at Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA
I have something close to that in a model, the Genesis 2-8-2 undecorated that will soon sport the logo of the Seneca Lake, Ontario, and Western (SLOW). That is as soon as I create one.... LOL

After that most any Steam Loco.

Ray Seneca Lake, Ontario, and Western R.R. (S.L.O.&W.) in HO

We'll get there sooner or later!

I'd also like a model of the B&O EM-1. Who will scratch that itch...?
