Kato n scale track plan

I am interested in building the Burbank & Babylon
N-scale track plan that is featured on the kato web site and n scale unitrack brochure. Has anyone out there built this layout? I am looking for any advice or opinions anyone may have about this track plan. Thanks.

You should ask the Unitrack Forum on Yahoo...I am somewhere there has at one time building that trackplan.
