If you read the recent article in MR on using Flitz or Maas metal poli***o keep your rails clean, but have trouble finding it in-stock online.. Here's an eBay seller with a terrific price of $6.90 postpaid for two 0.35 oz tubes.(#2086548605)http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=20606&item=2086548605
If your club needs a bulk supply, get 1.15 lb tins of Maas at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=34284&item=1876313081

Or order a 50-gram tube of Flitz from
Micro-Mark
for $10.45. Costs more, but a heck of a lot safer than ebay, especially if you don't have a Wal-Mart close by (yeah, like that's reality.)

I wondered about that and even up a grade.
I'm HO and my locos weigh in at 17 oz or more
so I'm not surprised about N.
While I'm on the subject, I applied it to a 1966 HO
switcher whose wheels were never cleaned in 37 years
All I can say is WOW!.
