MPI MP36's

Has anyone heard of any models of the MPI MP36 (specifically metra) coming out sometime soon? I've been waiting for this for a while and haven't seen any announcements for it. I've looked at Walthers.com and had no luck [V]. I'd appreciate any info.

I havn't heard of an MP36 coming out any time soon, but if more commuter railroads buy them, That could justify some manufacturer producing them.

Have you tried any brass manufacturers such as overland? they are pricy, but they produce some exotic models.

I could tell you right now that I have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than being able to afford an overland model in the next 10 yrs, but Tower55 is a goal that could be reached before I graduate college. Two commuter RR's aren't enough to justify a model?
