I'd say A - assuming you wired it exactly as in the instructions the problems aren't your fault, they're the manufacturers. Get in touch with them (I'd suggest calling them, as it's harder for them to dodge phone calls than emails). Ask for their advice - explain your problem and ask what they suggest, as nothing (certainly nothing that expensive) should fail within 2 weeks. You might decide you want to accept a refund and change systems - it's your call here, I like Lenz but that's personal preference, others like different systems. Hope this helps!
