Train builders/blueprints

Hi all,
If I wanted to build a large scale working model of a steam locomotive, a caboose and some rolling stock, where would I find the detail drawings for such a project.
Second question; If I wanted them built for me, who would I ask to do the job?
Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated.
