Nice! Is that N-Scale? You seem to have captured the right balance of track and scenery.

Excellent work! [tup] I wish N scale had been at its current level of sophistication when I re-entered the Hobby 17 years ago, I'd be an N-scaler today myself...

Althought not a fan of N scale, that looks amazing. Hopefully my first "big" layout looks that good. For now I'll stick with my tiny 4x8 that has nothing on it.

Very good. At first I was conflicted to wheather that was HO or N. You made N look much more massive than it really is. [tup]

I'd love to see it, but all I get is some red x's in a box that disappears when I click it. Am I doing something wrong? Everyone else seems to be getting them.

Great job. You definitely have the "gift". I've been into model railroading over 35 years and still don't have anything as complete as this. I am going to try the ceiling tile rock faces. i just got about ten used tiles and want to simulate a cut my track makes through a mountain area. Where did your bridge in the canyon area come from (who makes it) or is it something you made yourself?

Midniteflyer, I am so glad you posted those "before" pictures. I've been trying to explain to a carpenter friend what I want for my benchwork. Your pictures captured my idea perfectly. I hope you don't mind if I borrow them and show them to the carpenter. He's got the idea so far, but not the details.

Thanks for showing off your progress, too. I like seeing the before and after. You do indeed make your railroad look like it "fits" into the scenery. Good job!
