"American Flyer" coaches in HO gauge

Gilbert made lots of HO stuff and it was very nice for its time. They did make a New Haven Osgood-Bradley style coach and RPO. They were a heavy plastic (maybe Bakelite) and had cast metal floors and lighting. Those are the cars that got the "American Flyer" nickname because of the popularity of American Flyer trains. They were made by A. C. Gilbert. <br /> <br />Roger
