No, but the Woodland Scenics Roadbed is excellent. You will however have to add Ballast. <br /> <br />If you don't want to ballast, laying Fleischmann Profi-Track on top of Woodland Scenics Roadbed would likely be your best bet (For HO, and maybe N too). The Fleischman Profi-Track has good looking molded in ballast, and the Woodland Scenics Roadbed has excellent sound deadening qualities. Unfortunately the Fleischmann track is quite expensive, and also tends to very sharp curves, they do make flex track though(Which costs a fortune). <br /> <br />Standard Flex, Ballasted, on top of the Woodland Scenics Roadbed is both better-looking and cheaper than the Fleischmann Profi-Track.
