N-scale factory-sound-equipped diesel?

You may have seen the ad in the recent Model Railroader by Precision Craft Models for a factory-sound locomotive in N.

Can anyone speak on this company? They don't have a lot of products. And I can't imagine where they fit the sound system in the locomotive (assuming it is on-board, but nothing says otherwise, not even in a dummy).

In an E unit the sound system should fit find but the speaker! Even if they do a diagonal mount the largest it could be is 3/4" wide. A straight mount could be 5/8". Maybe they'll figure out how to put 4 of them in order to move enough air volume keep it from sounding like one of those musical greeting cards.
