This is the only hospital that I've ever seen. http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/272-130995 Unfortunately, it's $280. Let us know if you find any other ones. I'm sure that you could change another building, or kitbash one fairly easily. You could also try either Walthers or DPM's modular kits and build your own as well. Good luck
