I used to be in the winter months when things were a little slow on the railroad building, but now that summer is here I show up very little. Maybe once or twice a month when I have time. Since I plan to rebuild the railroad this winter perhaps all of you will be kind enough to answer some silly questions from a modeler of 30 years and six previous layouts that were good but not what I wanted. Know what I mean? We're all smiling now aren't we?

I'm afraid so, I check in several times a day. I think that's what the stars measure - your level of addiction.
Enjoy

Yep...Definatly hooked. Just what I needed, one more thing to distract me from my layout. Though I must say a big thanx to everyone out there. I've learned more in the last three weeks than I have in the last three years.

Almost all my free time that I have access to a computer, I'm here, but I am still only able to get here 110 mins a day, because I don't have a home computer. So, see you all later, because come next friday, I won't be here.

I work in a plant on the Houston ship channel..one of those jobs that we call "hours upon hours of boredom with moments of sheer terror"... I can't say i'm addicted to trains.com but I spend a lot of time here while i'm at work because i do enjoy the forum and it keeps me from going insane when there's noting to do and nothing's going on at the plant...it's either this, computer solitaire, or babbling and twiddling my thumbs until shift change..which can make a blithering idiot out of a normally sane person in no time!...Chuck

I have spent a lot of time here since entering the hobby in March. I don't see it as an addiction. It is fun, it is informative, and similar to Chuck, I log in at work to pass the time. I often leave it on the task bar and check it every so often. I am here now, I will be here in ten minutes.

Am I in denial?
[;)][:-,]Really I don't have a problem. No, seriously, I could quit if I wanted. Stop looking at me like that. I don't know why I am sweating so bad.[:D][swg]

My Mrs thinks I'm addicted, but I just like to check in once or twice a day.
