This is uncanny and can't be only a coincidence. In Tulsa Ok. there were only 3 LHS worth the bother and one owner acted like the inventory was his own private collection, the second considered customers invisible but the third was a jolly guy. Later I read of his arrest for bootlegging whisky (circa 1950's). Oklahoma was a dry state then. Here in Florida, H & R Trains have courteous help but they may as well be cashiers at a super market. The other shops in the Tampa Bay area are either indifferent or act as though you have interrupted them from heading to the "John." The one exception is Frank's Trains in Oldsmar, Fl. Great inventory (all gauges) and the best repair man you'll ever meet. Hey, one out of a few dozen ain't bad.
