Does anyone make kits anymore?

In the world of RTR, it sure would be neat to find an advanced kit to put together.

One other to look at is Kaslo shops http//www.kasloshops.com. Eventually the MDC roundhouse kits may become available again as well. Rob

In the meantime, you CAN still find Roundhouse kits out there. My LHS has at least 2 RS-3's plus a Boxcab or two. I picked up my undec RS-3 for a song at another LHS (under $20, and it the one with the newer drive - basically a P2K FA drive, instead of the Athearn BB drive used in the older ones).

According to some experienced Forum Athearn kit builders, there are more hours involved in assembling detail on Kato and Genesis engines - which doesn't seem to elicit many favorable comment's here. Surprised?
