OF the new ones listed, the SD40-2 wins hands down - it's Americas loco, sorta like Mom, Apple pie, and the Braves ! At 3,947 sold, the real railroads thought so, too - and they are still going strong !!

Of the old ones not listed, you can't beat an E6A in RI Rocket scheme !!!

My favorite is small steam 4-4-0, 4-6-0, 2-6-0, 2-8-0, etc.
