[:(]Just my luck. My BLI E7 has a defective decoder. I reset it back to Factory defaults. Worked for about a 3 weeks. Then last saturday i went to run it. nothin. it goes forward and backward, i have lights horn , bell and coupler crash. Nothin else. Just like when i got it.[V]

Do you know if you had a minor short, such as going against a wrong way turnout? I have had that happen. Just have to do another reset. I have a pair of them that I run together. I separately programmed one to run reverse with no bell, because the bells will get out of sync and it's not a happy sound. However blowing the two horns together sounds neat! I had a lot of problems early on but have now gotten them set at around 40% sound level and 128 speed step and they are great!

it was fine when i put it back in the box. when i pulled it out it was malfunctioning.
