can someone tell me what these markings mean?

took a photo of this off of a Maine Central Caboose...and the markings were this

MEC 9-85
9-86 MEC
WS WS

BLT INSP
1-61 7-76

They're indications of when certain maintenance procedures were last performed, and at what shop.

RPKD - repacked
BLT - Built
INSP - inspected
MEC - Maine Central
WS - A car shop on the MEC
