Kit bashing line of model kits

A few months ago at the Minnesota RPM meet, I saw a line of kits that consisted of a plastic bag of parts, drawings, and materials needed to add to an existing kit to build a specific car. The one I am interested in is for a Milwaukee Road 50' RBL. I am looking for information or a web site so I can see what is available and order some...
