Sorry for not explaining the construction problem. The body was not properly attached to the underframe. A screw was missing, but there was nothing to screw the screw into, if that makes sense. It wasn't just a missing screw which I would have fixed. I didn't want to start tearing it apart as it appeared something was missing. So I shipped it back. I'm mainly interested in what others have found with Life-Like's work and return policy. I had already waited several months for the back order at Walthers to be filled. I was dissappointed in their quality control for a new product. Even a cursory look was all it took.
