Conducta Lube & Cleaner by Aero Loco Works. Cleans & lubricates commutators and brushes. Claims to enhance DCC performance and extends brush life. <br />To treat motors, apply one drop per brush or any other electrical contact point. Can be used on wipers that come in contact with track. <br /> <br />Electronic tuner may also be used. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM: In the Walthers reference book under Adhesives-Cleaners-Lubricants, Atlas <br />lists a similar product"Conducta Lube". Don't know if these are one & the same but there are similarities.
