Always like seeing those clouds whenever you post some pics. They look like a photo backdrop.

I did the sky panels for sale at a show outside. Joe is right the paint smell in the train room will kill you. Best bet is to airbrush water based paint on the stencils, but the masonite soaks up paint fast. I use the pre-made stencils called "clouds" and "details". They are made by New London Industries, 8611 Norwich Dr. San Antonio, TX 78217. Some LHS's stock them. They have a great "how to video" as well. Google: their name and see what comes up these days.
